Linear graph above represents the volume of data created, captured, copied, and consumed worldwide. It is complex way of approaching data usage which can give more accurate results. The increase over the past decade is clear and show the growth tendency. It is estimated that volume of data used worldwide is increasing annually by 200%. In 2012 only 6.5 zettabytes of data were created, in contrast 10 years later the worldwide consumption is 97 zettabytes . The prediction for 2025 is that we will create 181 zettabytes of data. With those huge increase over past years and even stronger growth in the future knowledge of data mining and data preparation in regards of Big Data is crucial.
