Hello! My name is Sylwia Jablonska and this post is an origin story of myself and explanation why you reading it. 

 

The story has it beginning in Poland in 1994 where 2 weeks delayed baby girls finally decided to join this world. 

 

Throughout life she discovered her fascination about world. The pleasure of exploring new places through their cuisine. How science and math are integral part of everyday basic tasks. How music, dance and later yoga influence her mood, how painting and graphic design fulfils her creative needs of leaving some sort of manifesto on this planet. 

 

Since I can remember technology was always present in my life. Which is quite a privilege considering the times and place I was growing up (Bialystok represent). My dad and grandpa were always gaming – yet another unconventional factor in my life. Show me grandpa who will let 6 years old girl play Diablo II?! I’m pretty sure Amazonian was one of my first strong, female role models. 

 

I was always aware that within such fast-developing society we as people HAS TO keep up. Programming was always in my head more of a language to communicate rather than program to operate.

Last summer when I had my cognitive revolutions started by the thickest grey her, I ever seen (and very first one of my own) I decided I want to do something good with my life. Not just earn money doing mad hours, but do something more fulfilling, that is when I decided to apply for University and with no doubt I knew I want to study something IT/science related.
